Star Wars concert
For a hard core fan of Story Of The Year, this was probably fantastic. I, myself, do not consider myself a fan, but enjoy Star Wars. It was very well done, but the music gets thin pretty fast. I really thought my two boys, 7 and 11, who are Star Wars fans would enjoy it more. They liked it, but I could tell they were not overly impressed. Not enough movie, special effects, etc for small boys. The pre-show exhibits and costumed Star Wars characters were a nice touch, but not what I expected. Too much music. The Star Wars reviews I read prior to going were likely written by the hard core fan and they are a little misleading since not all of us follow Star Wars like they do. For $200+, I can think of better ways to spend the money that my boys would appreciate more. Keeping all the previous information in mind and expectations in check, I think most will find it an enjoyable night.
